9. Due to the prize pool being LESS than £20,000 and less than £250,000 in a calendar year, this Lotto is unlicensed.

3. Draws: Weekly draws will be held on the next available Sunday after the draw closes.
4. Winners will be notified via email and announced on our website.
5. Winnings Use: The prize money must be used for business purposes only.
6. Winners will participate in a consultation call to discuss the intended use of the funds.
7. Consultation and Mentorship: Winners are required to participate in a 1-hour consultation call and a 3-week mentorship program provided by FNDRX Lotto.
8. Updates and Check-Ins: Winners must provide regular updates on the use of the prize money. Check-ins will be conducted to ensure funds are being used as discussed.
9. Nomination and Roll Over: Winners have the option to nominate a business owner in their network to receive the prize or roll it over to the next draw.
10. Fees: A 5% fee will be deducted from the prize money for marketing and mentorship services.
11. Right to Issue Winnings: FNDRX Lotto reserves the right to withhold or revoke winnings if the winner fails to comply with these terms and conditions. If the prize is forfeited, the winning ticket will be refunded, and the prize pool will be rolled over to the next draw.
12. Privacy: Participant information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
13. Changes to Terms: FNDRX Lotto reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes via email and our website.
14. Minimum Participation Requirement: If the draw does not reach at least 80% ticket sales, the prize pool will roll over to the following week's draw. You will be notified by email if this happens.
15. No Additional Obligations: By winning the prize, winners are not required to give up equity in their business, repay any debt, incur any costs related to winning, or relinquish any claims to intellectual property. FNDRX Lotto does not claim any ownership or rights over the business or its assets.
